Work in progress - detailing

Still a long way to go, but I have finished detailing that beautifully hideous creature. I need to take a break before my carpal tunnel gets worse. I'll detail the girl and she shadow arms eventually.

Literature contest! (Premiums/points) Horror genreA few of you might have seen my recent art project:

It's not quite finished yet, but this drawing has inspired me to host a contest. There are a lot of talented horror writers on this site, and I want to see what you can do with my creation! Here is your challenge:
Write a short story, poem, or even lyrics that fit the drawing. I want it to be extremely creepy, or even horrifying! It must involve the two characters shown in the drawing. I am giving you complete free reign here! You choose who they are, what their purpose is, etcetera. The story can be from any point of view. If you want, you can place the reader in the shoes of the victim, or even the monster! It's all up to you! 
Rules:
- No sexual themes. The nudity in this drawing is purely to convey a feeling of helplessness. The girl does not have to be naked in the story at all.
- No explicit gore. I want to be frightened, not sickened. 
- It MUST be horro

Edit: I've decided to make that hideous monstrosity into a character of mine. He's going to be a human being cursed by the Erlking's daughter to take this form under certain circumstances. I'm not sure yet what the trigger for his transformation will be, but I'll come up with something. (I'm thinking the trigger will be strong emotions, like love or fear.)
